Operational Control System for Accounting Outsourcing Firms

Monitoring and operational control system for accounting outsourcing firms, developed in-house and in production for over six years with a real client in the sector. Work is organized around three profiles: the accountant plans tasks by uploading a downloadable Excel template and logs the start and end of each activity; the supervisor reviews and approves (or rejects) work plans and can see each accountant's system login time — useful for managing remote teams; and the manager sees a status traffic light that flags in time when an account stalls or falls behind, before it becomes a problem with the end client. The system also records the actual hours each contract consumes, data the firm can use to renegotiate pricing or adjust contracted hours with its own clients. It is currently configured for a single client (not multi-tenant); some minor features are disabled (such as displaying the logos of managed companies inside the panel). Sold as is, functional and validated; the original development team is available to quote adaptations, library updates or conversion into a multi-tenant platform, before or after the purchase.
