Multi-Tenant Workforce Attendance and GPS Tracking Platform

Workforce attendance and location tracking platform with a multi-tenant architecture, ready to be commercialized to multiple clients with no additional development. Designed for companies whose workforce is split between fixed posts and field staff distributed across multiple sites. Its geolocation engine (mobile app) tracks in real time where each field employee is and how they move between locations during the day. It includes automatic late-arrival calculation with configurable tolerance policies, employee request management (permissions, vacation, leave, medical leave) with approval workflow, and attendance, movement and worked-hours reporting. It also includes the base development of a facial-recognition version for a fixed station (tablet) and an NFC inspection-rounds module, neither currently deployed in production. Sold as is; the original development team is available to publish the station app, adapt reports or build custom improvements under separate quotation, before or after the purchase.
